I find it really artistic and a nice interpretation of what she really wanted to say or what the song was really about. I really like the song and MV. @mzshirlz222 I don’t think it really matters who the songs are from, Bahnus showed them a couple of “his” songs and they liked it, there was no way they could have known almost all of them were stolen

Must really suck when you’re trying to be a little ‘artistic’ and you’re told your album’s a lie (or enough of it such that it can no longer be promoted).
I’m not really familiar with Kpop, so maybe someone can answer this, but I would’ve thought her company would purchase songs from established/famous writers for a artist of Hyori’s status? Unless you’re telling me Bahnus (and his crew, whatever) are quite renown in S.Korea already.

A lot of people have different views of where the guiltiness and they sympathy lies. I believe that the people who were ripped of their orginality and their music should feel it the most. then lee hyori. lee Hyori has done nothing wrong but sing. I feel her apology. the company and the guy should feel guilty. The company for putting hyori out there like she had a tremendous part and not checking his credibility and the guy who we all know f***ked up!

How can they buy a song like you said when they themselves claim the song has no title w/ an anonymous author? I used to think this song Swing was really good then I read the comments and found out about this.

@KPOPMV020 You do your research. Actually that Bahnus guy sold off “copied” songs to Hyori&co. You think a small unknown girl group like Cookie Couture will have d means to buy a song yrs ago & they’re complaining now? Mnet’s answer to this whole ordeal is just them making it seem like Bahnus sold Cookie Courture as well as those other artists the songs BEFORE. That’s why? they all sound similar. Then he now has sold them to Hyori.
As for Swing the original composer of the music is UNKNOWN..

@digiworld1989 I guess your right, but I would not go after hyori, she wouldn’t have known that the song might have been copied or “stolen”. She had the option to choose several songs and with in them where those so claimed stolen songs.

@digiworld1989 do some research, the song was sold by its composer to hyori, Hyori could choose any song she wanted from that composer which includes several of her songs on the album. The people that you think was the original no longer has rights to it.
