Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” and South Korean Girlgroup Girls Generation’s/SNSD’s “Be Happy” sound VERY VERY similar don’t they? Not just the tune, even the instrumental.. Take a close listen yourself. and be the judge. SNSD’s Be Happy was pitched down 2 notes for this comparison. Let’s See their release dates? Born This Way (Single) – Released February 11, 2011 (2011-02-11) Be Happy (from Oh! album) – Released January 28, 2010 (2010-01-28) Wow. Never thought the day would come when Gaga would plagiarize SNSD out of all people.

On March 21st, An Myung Won of E-TRIBE stated, “Those around us say that Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ plagiarized SNSD’s Be Happy,’ so I did check it out. For now, we don’t have plans of taking any action.”

SNSD I known worldwide. MOST popular in asia, Korean icon, culture icon, Top 50 Powerful Money maker in korea. Please, if you guys know the facts, take a look at Asia’s Population.. CHINA Alone in Asia has already 1.3 billion people, more than your USA, Canada, And maybe the whole Europe. If i add in the total Asia Population together, SO Now SNSD or lady gaga more famous???

Okay, it’s unlikely but NOT impossible for composers to have the same ideas and produce something that is very similar. Look at the history of the world, civilizations were created almost in the same decade and have very similar elements to them: example —> SPOONS…FORKS…KNIVES….bitches please, the reason why there was no inventor for these is because EVERYONE had the same ideas.
