Free YesStyle x LeConteBleu summer T-Shirt Terms & Conditions

1. Only orders placed at YesStyle.com. YesStyle.cn or YesStyle.com.au are eligible for the free gift. Purchases made at the YesStyle Store are not eligible for this offer.

2. The free gift is applicable to all purchases made from June 1, 2010 to August 31, 2010 or while supplies last. Orders placed before June 1, 2010 are not eligible for the free gift.

3. The free gift is only applicable to:
     – orders with a minimum of two (2) T-Shirts (no minimum purchase amount necessary)
     OR
     – orders with a minimum purchase amount of US$150 excluding shipping fees.

4. For the purposes of this promotion, only products from the Women’s and Men’s T-Shirt categories qualify for the free gift.

5. Each customer will receive only one (1) free gift per order. Combined orders are entitled to only one (1) gift.

6. If the order is eligible, the free gift will be automatically added to the customer’s shopping cart.

7. If an order becomes ineligible for a free gift due to items being out of stock or unavailable, the customer will still receive the free gift. If the order becomes ineligible due to the customer electing to cancel items then no free gift will be issued.

8. If the gift is no longer available, it will be removed from the customer’s order. No replacement gift will be given.

9. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. Depending on the shipping destination, the gift may be subject to additional tax. Customs tax, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT) or any other customs-related levy is the responsibility of the customer.

11. The free T-Shirt only comes in one size (Shoulder 44cm, Chest 104cm, Sleeve 20cm, Total Length 66cm) .

12. Actual free gift may vary from photo.

13. YesStyle will not be responsible for any defective gifts. No refund or YesStyle Credit will be issued for defective gifts.

14. YesStyle reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without notice. Should there be any disputes, YesStyle’s decision is final.
