Spirit is the ending theme of the group's Fuji TV program VVV6 Tokyo V Shuran 2 and a CM song for Waseda Academy. Also featured on the new single is the side track Chance!, the ending theme of V6's TBS program Shinchishiki Kaikyuu Kumagusu.

First Press Limited Edition comes with a bonus DVD featuring the music video of Spirit (full version) and a "e;Special Spirit Movie"e; including making of and behind-the-scenes footage.
