Singer/actor Leon Lai is also investing in the East Asia record label and is responsible for the release of such newcomers as Janice and Charles Ying. The latest treasure from his label is now available as Songs Of Painting.
The hit-filled compilation offers fans such goodies as the X'mas Mix of 24, a passionate duet by Janice and Charles, and "e;Lonely"e; (Track 4) performed by Janice's younger twin sister, Jil. Chapman To can be heard and seen singing a rock-version of Leon's up-tempo hit "e;Eyes Want to Travel"e; (Track 2 and 5), while Michael Kong can be both seen and heard in the MV of "e;Agreement"e; (Track 3 and 11) as well as heard performing his earlier classic "e;Fairy Tale"e; (Track 6). The theme song for the new Leon Lai movie Moonlight in Tokyo, co-starring Chapman To, is also included (Track 14). Overall Leon seems to be doing quite well in his newly acquired position as this unique compilation of fine Canto-pop proves!
