Ueto Aya returns with her first full-length release since her 2006 top 20 album License. Happy Magic arrives as part of Ueto's Smile Project 2009 and features nine tracks including the new song Smile for ? .

First Press Limited Edition comes with a DVD featuring the music videos of Namida no Niji and Way to Heaven, as well as a footage taken behind-the-scenes feature at the album cover shoot. Also comes with a photo booklet featuring images of Ueto taken in Vietnam.
