Versailles makes their major debut under the Warner Japan label with their new single Ascendead Master. This grand six-minute rock number marks an epic new beginning for the popular visual band. Also featured on this release is the side track Pilgrim (Soundtrack).

First Press Limited Editions A, B, and C of Ascendead Master each come with a different short film segment which come together to form a 15-minute film. This edition includes the second part Ascendead Master (Story 2).
