I am going to stick to the point for this post and remain a little harsh when I give my opinion about the “new” G-Dragon. I will be blunt when I tell you that I think his new song sucks. I am surprised to even write that because I liked the songs that he wrote for Big Bang. On His own… it is recycled material or styles from other people. It is hard to say that because originality was one of the things that I happened to like about Big Bang.
First I am going to go over his new look. Quite simply, he looks like an idiot. Some of you will get mad at me for saying that… but I will continue. He actually looks like a reverse Emo or an albino girl with short hair.

Now I am going to take a stab at his song “Heartbreaker”. I know that everyone is talking about how he copied “Right Round”… but after listening to it further… it is a little similar for about 10 seconds, and then it sounds completely different. However, it is still unoriginal. Do you want to know which Kpop star copied “Right Round”? How about DJ Shine (formerly a member of Drunken Tiger”… take a look at the disgraceful video below… I am saddened inside to see him fall to this level… I almost shed a tear… honestly.
DJ Shine copied that song… not G-Dragon… but that is no excuse for his song to sound like it went through a blender…
It is a sad excuse for a solo album and I am sorry that I took the time to listen to it. However, I am not the only one to feel this way. A blog called “Pop Reviews Now” also has an opinion that this song could have been much better than it ended up…
For example, they stated that “sounds too much like something Britney” and continued to say “some washed-up pop star turned drug addict”. However, I have to agree. This “muzak” is not “music” to my ears…

Here is what I have to say to you. I don’t post the current news… I post what I feel like posting… and that is usually whatever comes to mind at the time. My blog isn’t a current events site. I will leave that to the experts at Allkpop. This blog is solely based on my opinion and my opinion alone. As far as I know people are allowed to have the freedom of speech and the ability to have their own beliefs / opinions. I will continue to speak my mind and there is not a single thing that you can say or do to stop me. On the other hand, you have your own beliefs and I will never fault you or any of my other readers for their opinion.

Lol, u dont even know ure facts. That guy drunken tiger did not plagiarise. He officially bought a copyright to the song. Thats basically the Korean version of right round. CHECK URE FACTS FIRST B4 TELLING PEOPLE THE WRONG THING.
p/s: post something constructive instead of always bashing. People dont want to listen negative things. People like to read positive stuff. Sadly u are not. :’(

I only post facts as they are available. At the time of the blog post the facts about him having the copyright was not known in Canada. However, “he” did not buy the rights. The rights are owned by 4 different record labels in South Korea.
Furthermore, “that guy” is not names Drunken Tiger. Drunken tiger is a group name which “was” comprised of DJ Shine and Tiger JK. Although, if you are going to call anyone by the name of Drunken Tiger it should be Tiger JK. “He” is the group.
Next time use spell check before you make a comment… honestly.

Too bad Homeskillet, your calling lady Gaga’s hair a god awful color… tsk tsk tsk people when are you growing up? When you have time for your disagreement and bitchy judging(even though its only a thought or an opinion), why don’t you do good things to the world? There are homeless, hobos, orphans, and many others who need our help. Though I don’t blame firemutt because I know that u’ll change and realize your mistake. Different people have different styles. You can’t stop them because of disliking them. You just have to mind your own business. I have lots of korean friend who has different style.. they have some fashion, some might look boring and weird or even worse, but when you really get to know them, they are friendly and are family to me. Did you who ppl doesn’t like g dragon and his style really know him?

hahaha. have just read your post. wahaw i cant believe you are actually dare to criticize this fellow. oh well im not saying you’re wrong too. even though i do feel kinda angry when i was reading your post as gdragon is one of my fashion trendsetter in life. but anyway, haha just wanna laugh at your bad comments about him. for me he looks gorgeous in any way even though im not a fan of him (im a fan of TOP, LOL) but i do appreciate him as a fashion trendsetter in korea not like just a fashion but a real fashion by himself and uniquely him.

I was never a fan of the androgynous look that plagues or eventually plagues primarily male music groups, bands, and artists in Asian countries.
GD being a hip-hop and rap artist, he should exude a more ‘hard’ image and how he conducts himself within that image. Alongside that, he can hardly hold himself as a solo artist which is both disappointing and surprising. Honestly, if you can’t see the poor quality of his solo songs then you truly aren’t a fan. A fan is admiring someone or something for their abilities at whatever they do. Not blindly looking over the inconsistency. Plus, it could be amounted that you’re fairly young and/or receive little musical exposure and haven’t had sufficient time to develop a more functional musical ear.

I’m begging you I know you don’t like G dragon, I even have a feeling you hate koreans. There are millions of fan from Japan, Korea, philippine, Indonesia, and Vietnam. I just have a feeling that you are an american, (Im not trying to be racist because I hate racist ppl) just from how much you hate g dragon and his songs. But he is not going to care because he have his family, fans, and friends who are very important and supports his life. and please don’t leave bad comments because like you said this is only MY opinion.

I am Canadian actually. And I like his songs. I just think that he looks like an idiot. Who are you to come on my blog and tell me what I should and shouldn’t write? I do take suggestions and constructive criticism. However, this is not North Korea and I am fully allowed to have an opinion on anything that I chose… and if I think that G-Dragon looks like an idiot… that is perfectly fine. Just because you don’t agree with me it doesn’t make me wrong in the slightest.
