		<description>It&#039;s mostly a culture thing, I believe. I&#039;ve worked at a couple different offices in Seoul and it&#039;s the same. Plus I&#039;ve shared stories with my Korean friends here and they&#039;ve all had similar stories from their companies. It&#039;s just the way it is in Korean company culture. 

Needles to say, I&#039;m very thankful to be working at a multinational company now...</description>

		<description>i&#039;d take a pinch of salt with everything the interns say, it&#039;s going to be biased. the bottom line is bosses will always want the most work done and the workers will want to do less. 

is it really a culture thing? i&#039;ve worked with some arrogant interns before who thought they knew better than the older experienced staff. they think they know but they don&#039;t. sometimes experience is more important.

creativity and ideas are good and shouldn&#039;t be stifled, maybe she just went about it in the wrong way? respect is something you gain and not something that is handed out just like that.</description>
